Strategic Intelligence
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Strategic Intelligence is the CORTEX surface for structured strategic synthesis. It turns approved research context and market movement into executive decision surfaces for strategy, planning and board-level review.
External pressure
Section titled “External pressure”Market shifts, competitor moves, supply-chain changes, regulation and technology cycles often create decision pressure before they appear in operational metrics. Strategic Intelligence makes that pressure visible for leadership teams.
It may consume approved research bundles, sector context, market signals, customer-specific strategy context and historical briefing state where configured.
Output
Section titled “Output”It may expose cockpit summaries, strategic briefings, custom analysis outputs and structured context for downstream decision surfaces.
Evidence boundary
Section titled “Evidence boundary”Strategic Intelligence must preserve source-backed decision evidence for claims that depend on external sources. It distinguishes documented external pressure from customer-specific interpretation.
What it does not do
Section titled “What it does not do”It does not build its own research pipeline, replace executive judgment, or publish internal reasoning mechanics. It does not disclose model routing, prompt patterns or internal synthesis methods.
