Customer Context Intelligence
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Customer Context Intelligence creates structured customer, audience and advertiser context for downstream CORTEX surfaces. It helps separate contextual relevance from commercial execution.
External pressure
Section titled “External pressure”Customer behavior changes faster than static segmentation. In B2B and media environments, context matters: role, intent, account situation, campaign goal and consent boundaries shape whether a signal is decision-relevant.
It may consume approved identity context, engagement context, advertiser context, campaign goals, consent state and historical interaction signals where permitted.
Output
Section titled “Output”It may expose audience context profiles, advertiser context profiles and alignment context for downstream modules.
Evidence boundary
Section titled “Evidence boundary”Customer Context Intelligence must show which data class supported a context signal. It does not expose internal tag lists, scoring thresholds, storage details or inference mechanics.
What it does not do
Section titled “What it does not do”It does not set prices, paywalls, incentives, usage entitlements or campaign execution rules. It provides context; downstream commercial surfaces decide governed outputs.
