Overview
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”CORTEX is a Decision Layer for organizations that need to understand where external pressure meets internal decision gaps. It works above existing business systems and exposes governed outputs for human review, cockpit surfaces and approved integration paths.
External pressure
Section titled “External pressure”Regulation, market movement, cost volatility, product risk and customer behavior increasingly affect decisions before operational systems make the pressure visible. CORTEX documents those surfaces as decision pressure rather than as generic analytics.
CORTEX may consume approved business-system context, public regulatory or market signals, module-specific customer configuration and evidence references. Data access depends on tenant setup, consent, entitlement and integration scope.
Output
Section titled “Output”CORTEX may expose structured cockpit outputs, public API contracts where approved, module capability pages, evidence boundaries and machine-readable schemas. Outputs are governed by tenant permissions and module readiness.
Evidence boundary
Section titled “Evidence boundary”Every public module surface must define its source-backed decision evidence: what supports an output and where the boundary of verification ends.
What CORTEX does not do
Section titled “What CORTEX does not do”CORTEX is not part of another platform and does not replace ERP, CRM, advertising, pricing or compliance systems. It works with existing CRM, ERP and other business systems while preserving customer governance over execution.
