EU Regulatory Intelligence
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”EU Regulatory Intelligence is the CORTEX surface for making European regulatory pressure visible in a business decision context. It is designed for organizations that need to understand where regulation meets internal decision gaps.
External pressure
Section titled “External pressure”CSRD, DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act and related regulatory changes can create obligations before operational teams have a clear decision path.
It may consume public regulatory sources, company profile context, sector context, declared responsibility areas and tenant-approved compliance metadata.
Output
Section titled “Output”It may expose regulatory pressure briefs, exposure summaries, dashboard-ready outputs and audit-relevant documentation.
Evidence boundary
Section titled “Evidence boundary”EU Regulatory Intelligence must preserve source-backed decision evidence for regulatory claims. It identifies public source context and states where customer-specific legal assessment is still required.
What it does not do
Section titled “What it does not do”It does not provide legal advice. It does not replace a Data Protection Officer, legal counsel or compliance function. Compliance-sensitive outputs require the defined legal sign-off path.
