Platform Overview
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”The CORTEX platform provides the public integration, authentication and event coordination surface for CORTEX modules. It connects approved customer environments with decision surfaces while keeping execution under customer governance.
External pressure
Section titled “External pressure”Business pressure increasingly arrives through multiple systems at once: customer behavior, regulatory updates, inventory signals, campaign context, product risk and market movement. Platform documentation explains how those signals may enter CORTEX without exposing internal architecture.
The platform may consume approved tenant context, authenticated API requests, event payloads, integration metadata and module-specific data classes. Each module page defines its own data boundary.
Output
Section titled “Output”The platform may expose authenticated API responses, event acknowledgements, capability descriptions, schema artifacts and evidence-bound outputs.
Evidence boundary
Section titled “Evidence boundary”The platform defines where a signal comes from and which module is responsible for interpreting it. The public docs do not disclose internal routing, private queues, private storage or internal source-processing mechanics.
What it does not do
Section titled “What it does not do”The platform does not replace customer systems. It does not directly mutate ERP, CRM, advertising, pricing or compliance systems by default. It provides a Decision Layer that works with existing CRM, ERP and other business systems.
